Benefits of TJF Continuous Machinery
High Efficiency and Productivity
With a production capacity of up to 800 kg/hour, it meets high production demands, optimizing the use of resources and time.
Consistent Product Quality
The automated process and precise temperature control ensure that every batch of potato chips meets the highest quality standards, delivering a uniform and perfectly fried product.
Reduced Operating Costs
Automation reduces the need for intensive labor and minimizes waste, resulting in lower long-term operating costs.
Easy Maintenance and Cleaning
The AISI-304 stainless steel construction makes maintenance and cleaning easy, while complying with food industry hygiene standards.
Operating Process of the Continuous Machinery
The continuous frying process begins with feeding the potatoes into the machinery, where the following steps take place:
- Preparation: The potatoes are washed and sliced into uniform pieces.
- Frying: The slices are fried in a continuous flow of oil at a temperature controlled by the thermal oil heating system.
- Draining and Cooling: The fried potato slices are drained to remove excess oil and then cooled before packaging.
